At Season of Gratitude we stive to encourage the golden rule of gratitude. To show appreciation to others in the same way you would want to be appreciated. It's a way to practice empathy and kindness. We also want to inspire you to practice the four A's of gratitude:

- Acknowledge: Recognize and be aware of the good things that happen to you.
- Appreciate: Be thankful for what you have.
- Act: Put your gratitude into action by prioritizing relationships and being kind to others.
At it's core, gratitude is an emotion and a state of appreciation for the positive things in life. It involves recognizing the goodness we experience and acknowledging that it comes from sources outside ourselves, fostering a sense of thankfulness.
